Dear …………………,

Sample Answer:

Dear Mr. Watson,

I am one of the students currently enrolled in a part-time website development programme at your training institute, and I am writing to inform you that I am unable to continue this course. The primary reason for dropping this course is an unexpected increase in work load at my current job.

Unfortunately, my manager has recently informed me that he will be on leave for three months, and during this whole time I will be responsible for all of his job duties. Due to this, I may need to work for an extended period of time until he returns to the company. As a result, it would be difficult for me to attend your evening classes and continue this course for the rest of the term.

However, your training programme is extremely valuable and provides a lot of practical knowledge. So, I would like to make a request to enrol in the same course for the next intake.

I look forward to receiving a positive response.

Yours sincerely,
Fifty Geeks
